Tera is BIG Alta Vista’s Commercial Account Manager & Small Business Insurance Specialist. She helps business owners find coverage suited to their needs and supports commercial clients with policy renewals, coverage reviews, claims assistance, and billing inquiries.

With extensive insurance industry experience, Tera brings broad coverage knowledge and familiarity with commercial markets and specialized programs. Her experience includes professional liability, condominium corporations, contractors, commercial developers, and commercial auto and fleet insurance. She takes time to understand each business, identify its exposures, and explore appropriate coverage options.

Known for her personable, down-to-earth approach, Tera makes commercial insurance easier to understand through clear communication and attentive service. She can also help clients coordinate their business and personal insurance, bringing a broader perspective to their overall protection.

Outside of insurance, Tera enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, exploring new places, and trying new activities. She values building relationships and learning from the people she meets.
