My name is Rahima, and I am the Office Manager of BIG Aurora. My mission is to guarantee only the best offerings for clientele by providing the best care and service.
I joined the insurance industry in 2016 and have experience in varying roles ranging from Broker (sales/service), Trainer, and Auditor. I have honed the ability to create the perfect balance of product, premium and service for clients. I educate my customers on the differences between the value of protection over the cost of insurance. My ability to explain the value of the broker channel and to identify the non-premium benefits of insurance products are the skills I utilize to create long-lasting relationships with clients.
I support my colleagues and lead the team to provide sales with quality customer service, personalized claim counselling, and providing the best insurance coverage. Outside of the office, my personal interests are music, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
