Hi there! My name is Anna McLaren and I am the CSR at Billyard Insurance Group - Kingston. I have 4 years of insurance experience with both direct writing companies and now as a licensed insurance broker with BIG. I have also worked in various customer service roles over the past 10 years, and I really enjoy getting to know and talking to new people.
My insurance career began at a direct writing company where I met the now managing partner of BIG Kingston, Mike Gough. Together, we continue to learn new things and grow everyday! I am from Kingston, and I completed my education here which, in turn, led to me getting my degree from a local college.
If I’m not in the office you can find me on the golf course with my husband, or out and about with my friends, family, and my dog Howie. I enjoy being involved in different community activities such as music events, or golf tournaments. As a customer service representative here at BIG Kingston, I am happy to help you with your home and auto policy needs, and I take pride in putting our clients first and I enjoy helping you navigate your insurance needs.
