My name is Darlene, and I have been working in the insurance industry since December 2013. I was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland and have a diploma in Marketing from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute. I also have an honours diploma in Culinary Management from Algonquin College.
I have worn many hats over the years and have worked as a real estate broker, financial advisor, restaurateur, convenience and gift shop owner, advertising junior executive, and design consultant. These experiences have provided me with insights from many industries.
Having been an entrepreneur for most of my adult life, I am a relationship builder and networker and fully understand the stresses and challenges business owners face. That's why providing excellent customer service to my clients is important to me.
As a proud Nana to four beautiful grandchildren, I love spending my free time with family. I also enjoy dancing, playing cards, and trying new foods.
