My name is Tawnya and I am the Audit & Compliance Manager at the Billyard Insurance Group head office in Welland. I am a super positive person and I love to see others succeed and be happy. Insurance has been a great career choice for me because I enjoy the fast-paced nature of the job and the constant opportunity to learn; there’s always something new that comes across my desk! With over 15 years specializing in personal lines, I started my journey at BIG as an Account Manager, was promoted to Senior Account Manager, and now my role has since become the Branch Manager of the Welland office.
When I’m not at work, my kids keep me pretty busy with college, competitive dance and sports. You can usually find us enjoying time outside or at the Lake too.
