For me, the most important part of being an insurance broker is listening to the customer and understanding their specific concerns. Perhaps they need to add an extra driver to their policy, just bought a new vehicle, or are confused about their coverage. Once I understand the issue, I step into high gear and find a solution quickly.

My experience has taught me that insurance is hard to understand, so I love to keep myself up to date with all the changes that happen in the industry so that I can better serve my clients. As your broker, I make it a priority to explain everything as clearly as I can so that you know what you’re buying.
