Anna has been in the insurance industry and was with the same insurance company for 13 years before joining Billyard Insurance Group at the Markham South location. She serves the local community by assisting clients with their insurance needs including auto, home, life and critical illness, provides professional insurance advice and quality customer service.
Anna currently holds a LLQP and RIBO license and can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She is friendly, patient and is always listening to clients' needs. She believes that she can always learn something from every individual she talks to.
