I am skilled in leadership, relationship management, business process, analytical skills, requirements analysis, technical documentation, and agile methodologies as well as a strong professional. My experiences in management have led me to believe firmly that the success of my direct reports is paramount in my ability to not only promote engagement, but foster a positive and continuous learning environment in the workplace, without compromising on profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
