With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, I chose this field because I wanted to help people navigate the often complex and confusing world of insurance. My goal is to cut through the unnecessary paperwork and make the entire process simple and easy, ensuring my clients feel informed and confident in their decisions.

At BIG, I bring a passion for customer service and communication, always striving to provide clarity and exceptional service. Having worked in both Personal Lines Sales and Underwriting, I understand the diverse needs of clients and take pride in delivering solutions that truly meet their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the golf course, coaching youth sports, and volunteering with local sports associations. I’m also an avid NFL fan, and you'll often find me cheering on my favourite team—the Buffalo Bills. When I can, I love relaxing on the beach with my family. I’ve lived in Ottawa for almost 46 years and am proud to raise my two daughters here. As a longtime resident, I understand the unique aspects of this city and its community, which helps me serve my clients even better.
