IBC Elite Broker 2021: Sacha Poshni

We are so proud of BIG Mississauga East’s Sacha Poshni who has been named an Elite Broker in 2021 by Insurance Business Canada. This award acknowledges top insurance brokers across Canada who demonstrate a high drive for sales through the growing of their book of business and high volume of policies written. 

Sacha Poshni started small – with just a phone and phone book – but he knew how to think BIG. Over eight years in the industry, his motivation and personable nature have brought him great success as he always going out of his way to help each client.

Throughout his time at BIG, Sacha has shown his clients that they come first. For him, it’s not about the commissions, it’s about providing clients the best customer experience possible. His motivation is simple, “The dollars don’t matter; the people do. Put them first, and everything else will fall into place,” he comments. He believes that the people of Ontario should be able to trust that their broker always has their best interest at heart.
